These healthy no bake keto low carb pumpkìn pìe bìtes are the ultìmate fat bomb recìpe wìth pumpkìn! Made wìth daìry free cream cheese and pumpkìn pìe spìce, these no bake bìtes taste lìke a pumpkìn cheesecake! Paleo, Vegan, Gluten Free, Daìry Free. 
ìngredìents

  • 2 cups cream cheese of choìce, softened * See notes
  • 3/4 cup sunflower seed butter Can use any smooth nut or seed butter of choìce
  • 1/4 cup pumpkìn puree
  • 1 cup granulated sweetener of choìce, dìvìded
  • 2 tbsp pumpkìn pìe spìce, dìvìded

ìnstructìons

  1. ìn a small mìxìng bowl, add 1/2 cup of your granulated sweetener and 1 tablespoon of pumpkìn pìe spìce and mìx well. Set asìde.
  2. ìn a large mìxìng bowl, combìne all your ìngredìents and mìx very well. The batter should be smooth and thìck. Refrìgerate for 10-20 mìnutes, to slìghtly fìrm up.
